3. User Error Returns:
   • We understand that using vape devices may involve a learning curve. However, we cannot accept returns for vape devices due to user error beyond the initial 48-hour window. It is important to familiarize yourself with proper usage and maintenance to ensure a satisfying vaping experience.
4. Post 48-Hour Window:
   • Should you want a refund on a vape device after the initial 48-hour period, we offer the option to receive up to 50% of the original sale value as a store credit. This credit can be used towards future purchases from our store.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all vape device refunds:

• Proof of defect may be required to process the refund.
• Any refund requests initiated outside of the stipulated timeframes will not be accepted.

Address Change & Return to Sender requests cost $21 through Fedex, any requests will require a paid invoice before the request can be processed.
